Política de reembolso
Due to the nature of our product and being a small start-up, we have 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopen, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hi@apottech.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges & Returns
If your item is incorrect or defective upon arrival; we will exchange your item at no additional cost to you.
If the return is a result of our error, such as if you receive a defective product, you will receive a full refund for the item, otherwise we don't take returns or exchanges.
Please note that refunds will not be issued for any order that is refused or abandoned by the intended recipient or for orders that can’t be delivered due to an address error.
Cancellation You have 12 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order for a full refund. Cancellations done after the 12 hour period will not be refunded due to the strict nature of CBD payment processing, we can not allow chargebacks that exceed certain limits because our payment processing could be suspended.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
